The presidents were drawn in particular to a stand devoted to Chinese tea culture, Interfax reported. Hu presented the Russian leader with a tea set inscribed with tea-boiling tips in Russian. Observing women in traditional Chinese costume, the Russian leader remarked, “I don’t know what’s more beautiful – the clothes or the girls,” the news agency reported. He then added: “It’s the girls.”
