Video: Russia Arms Indonesia with $1 Billion of Weapons

Here is a short BBC news clip about Russia’s decision to lend the government $1 billion for the purchase of major weapons systems in a move that is widely interpreted as an extension of the Kremlin’s political clout in Southeast Asia.
