Vasily Alexanyan was once the Harvard-educated general counsel of Russia’s most successful and prestigious company. Today he may be becoming the world’s first victim of prosecutorial murder via medical blackmail. Today RIA Novosti reports that he has undergone surgery to have his spleen removed.

How can he have been murdered if he is still alive? Shouldn’t you say attempted murder?
I wrote that he “may” become the first victim of murder by medical blackmail. I certainly hope not.
