I’ve written in various places about the coup in Honduras, and stated in radio interviews that I support Washington’s stance and the efforts of Oscar Arias to bring resolution to the conflict and restore constitutional normality. Even if Manuel “Mel” Zelaya broke the law while in office, the military had no right to handle the situation they way they did. At the end of the day, we have taken one of the most deeply unpopular presidents of all of Latin America, and turned him into a martyr of democracy, thanks largely to the outrageous and obnoxious behavior of the interim government.
But whereas he could’ve succeeded dramatically if he played his cards right, Zelaya’s behavior in exile has been far less than cooperative or exemplary, and a certain patron president appears to be goading him into the worst decisions. But today, ladies and gentlemen, it has become much, much harder to take this man seriously.
It’s been 89 days since Manuel Zelaya was booted from power. He’s sleeping on chairs, and he claims his throat is sore from toxic gases and “Israeli mercenaries” are torturing him with high-frequency radiation.
It’s official – Mel Zelaya is losing his mind.

Wayne Madsen just released an article called “Miami Herald makes up story on Zelaya, Washington Post and New York Times spread it”.Madsen is an Israeli shill…he will be the first one to trumpet Israel and neocon dirt, but only after it has already been exposed. One should keep in mind that Israel and their ADL have a history of “training” our police and military (MIAC report, Megiddo report, CIA assination squad models, which I will refer to below after addressing briefly the radiation / pain weapons and the gases…Gee, InfoWars ran a story not long about about how Seymour Hersh revealed the existence of a CIA assassination program in Iraq (no suprise there, and only an idiot would believe that there are not other programs throughout the world ). In the article, Hersh mentions that israel is guiding the CIA’s Phoenix Program in Iraq (http://www.infowars.com/cia-assassination-program-revealed-nothing-new-under-the-sun/ ). The article doesn’t get into the “non-lethal” covert strategies, such as torture by cold, ect…As far as the radiation “death rays” (non-lethal pain beams, which are probably lethal, and at any rate are just legalized torture), it could have been something as simple as a laser pen (burns like hell !!! ), or something more exotic.
