Why not let the relevant authorities question Henry Banda? The Zambian government has nothing to fear from the opposition until the next election in 2016 when they might be afraid of being peacefully voted out. Henry Banda is not even involved in politics, he just happens to be related to the ex-president and, as far as the man on the Zambian street understands it, is alleged to have improperly used that position for substantial personal gain.

As a starting point, I think it’s probably quite a valid question where he got the money to even begin to engage your firm.

Your client was a doing a lot deals when his father was President. These have been expossed and the Police have opened dockets and have interviewed many of those connected to the several cases.
This is where i dont agree with your way of ‘defence’. You made demands and accusations against the police, the judicially, and executive without specifically seeing them, discuss and assess the the procedures system in place.
The government answered you.
I find your defence in a kangaroo court highly amarturish and lacks planning. I suspect you are PARROTING and are being fed from Zambia by some reprentative with an axe to grind with PF.
I suggest that you engage other level minded lawyers. I bet you will have a sobber atitude towards the case.
In the meantime i advice you to engage THE POLICE for a possible meeting with your client.
If you keep on barking, in future, you may be arrested for obstructing justice.
