News from BKK today : 'An inquest into the death of a man who was killed during the 2010 political protests was inconclusive on whether he was shot by soldiers or by armed protesters. He was reportedly caught in the crossfire between soldiers and armed protesters on Rama IV Road.

'.... which killed more than 90 peaceful protesters ....' Liar ! Not all were protesters nor were they peaceful.

Appologies for deviating away from the horrendous crimes of mass murder but I have a question to ask on a seperate matter.

If a British national breaks the law such as the Cluster Munitions (Prohibitions) Act 2010 shouldn't they be extradited to the UK to face charges?

The act seems quite clear. Just wondered why this has not been highlighted in the UK press.

Citizen born in Thailand not a Thai if his parents are from America.
What a joke.
