In other words, he’s like the effete French lords to Ann Barnhardt’s Joan of Arc, notwithstanding Barnhart resembling her idol in religious zeal. NO ONE has been prosecuted for MF Global, nobody has been prosecuted for Fast and Furious, and no one has so much has been fired over Benghazigate aka Fast and Furious in Arabic. And he couldn’t give a rat’s ass.

Robert, with all due respect sir while you had a client and you vocally defended him, even if he was the Russian Al Capone, you never stooped to denouncing critics of American foreign policy like Dr. Ron Paul as “Khmer Rouge” nor did you insist ‘nothing to see here folks, move on’ when SOPA was being discussed. In short, while you’re on your side of the fence and I may be on another or not interested in the fence at all, you sir at least pretend to care more about the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law more than you hate Russia or Occupy kids or anyone else. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for Craig Pirrong and his entire Twitter-following clique. They pretend to love the 2nd Amendment but tolerate Twitter thugs who denounce true libertarians as ‘neo-Confederates’ and themselves participate in such obnoxious libels.

In other words, I’ll take a mercenary lawyer like you over a fanatic like Pirrong any day of the week. You notice Pirrong hasn’t had very much to say about the theft of 1.2 BILLION of segregated customer funds in his own commodity industry but insists on talking about the rule of law 3,500 miles away with a straight face. He’s a joke.

depends on the quality. You’re talking about very high definition if a tv-show is to make 3gb. A typical size would be 300mb where the show is broken into rar files of ~30mb for a normal quality show.

This is besides the point though. As mentioned you can’t assume guilt and take everyone down as has been done with MegaUpload.

Actually, Petter, with even a short TV show taking upwards of 3G, the 100MB file would have to break into hundreds of pieces. I don’t think many people are practicing piracy with one of those (1 of 358) type of files. Simply not plausible.

But I wan’t ask about the file copy button. Where you was able to copy files other members have uploaded, and then transfer it to your account. The file you copied would get a new url. This make the job removing copyrighted files impossible.

I’m a big fan of internet freedom but I think there is a few questions that need to be answered.
