The managers of Skolkovo’s 19 international technology companies have formed an independent advisory board.  Siemens says that, while the construction of a high-speed rail link between Moscow and St Petersburg will be dominated by Russian companies, it is interested in supporting subsequent related projects.  Telecom tower leasing company Russian Towers has won $100 million worth of private equity investment.  OMK has acquired a TTS steel-pipe producing plant in Texas, and could spend $200 million this year on U.S. expansion.
