The commercial sea port at Novorossiysk is to reduce grain-handling tariffs to help farmers boost exports.  A state company may be created especially to manage the construction of the Greater Moscow project, which would be 25% owned by the state.  ‘Perhaps the worst mistake is trying to privatize during a crisis.’  Rolls-Royce will open a second showroom to serve Moscow’s high concentration of billionaires, making the city one of only two in the world with more than one of the company’s dealerships.
