Sberbank has criticised as ‘incomprehensiblea bank card designed to finance Alexei Navalny’s activities by channeling 1% of all transactions to his Anti-Corruption Fund.  Navalny has revealed the identities of literary and business figures – the ‘16 brave ones’, as he calls them – who have backed him financially this year.  Russia’s third-largest airport, St. Petersburg’s Pulkovo, is on track with its expansion plan, with a new passenger terminal due to be completed next week.  The ruble has depreciated for a seventh day running against the dollar, largely due to the declining price of Urals crude.
