New charges have been filed against former Bank of Moscow head Andrei Borodin, who insists that the latest charges (the fourth set against him) are politically motivated.  Russia may retaliate against EU plans to levy fees on carbon emissions by airlines using its airports by imposing limitations on EU airlines flying over Siberia.  Serbian company Putevi has won a $260 million contract to build in Sochi.
