What’s wrong with the space industry?  The recent string of failures is sparking concerns, whilst experts say that these ‘shouldn’t be generalized’.  The Bulava missile has had its ninth successful launch.  State statistics on large and midsized company profits for the first half of 2011 are in, suggesting that the domestic economy is recovering.  Government sources estimate capital outflow hitting $30-40 billion this year.  Aluminium giant Rusal is reporting a 20.5% drop in first-half profits; the company says it has no knowledge of partners selling their shares.  Barclays’ Russian retail and commercial banking business looks set to go to Kazakh lender Kazcommertzbank.  Russia may give the go-ahead for the construction of a 65-mile-long underwater tunnel that would take travelers from Alaska to Siberia.  Moscow Hostel.
