However, it is known that in certain districts, the construction of houses had already begun before it became known about the Olympic future of Sochi. Could this mean that those who began the construction knew about the city’s prospects? The sports status of Sochi has attracted the attention of foreign investors. In the number of potential ones is already numbered Mercury with a desire to build a little town in the settlement of Esta-Sadok in Krasnaya Polyana with a hotel and Armani, Prada, and Dolce&Gabbana boutiques.
