We registered our case in 2004. […] the judgement recognises numerous violations of fundamental rights of our client, that is what we were trying to prove to our authorities. […] This case is not about the political motivation of the violations. This case is about the violations of fundamental rights. […] The European Court is not the place for the political debates. There is nothing strange about the European Court avoiding political questions. […] Look at the judgement, there are so many violations, and these are systemic violations.‘
