Today from Reuters: “Another theory circulating in the media is that the next president will have plenty of hair on his head. This is based on an analysis of Russian history since revolutionary leader Vladimir Lenin: Kremlin leaders who are balding have always alternated with more hirsute successors.” As the Reuters article points out, the only problem with “Hair Apparent” theory is that most of the contending successors indeed are not balding. I suppose only dark horse candidate Mikhail Fradkov is eliminated by this theory….
