Over the past week, Russia has hosted talks to resolve the Armenian-Azeri dispute over the Nagorno-Karabakh frozen conflict.  The Kremlin’s diplomatic efforts in this area have not always been so successful.  Below is a short video clip discussing what’s at play, and the dangers of escalation.
