Russia is a ‘terrible, terrible place to do business,’ says William Browder.  The fight against corruption is designed to ‘restore order in our economy’, rather than to entice foreign investors, says Dmitry Medvedev – if corruption was a key investment factor, ‘it would be very difficult to work with the majority of states that exist on our planet’.  Russia is apparently a prime target for fast food chains looking to expand their businesses.  On Pro Bono Bio, the Anglo-Russian pharmaceuticals firm launched this week, which hopes to list in London and Moscow within a few years.  The Economy Ministry is concerned that $60-a-barrel oil next year could cause a substantial devaluation of the ruble.
