Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says there is no hard proof that Iran is working on nuclear weapons, while Dmitry Medvedev has called for Tehran to behave responsibly – ‘We believe that Iran should adapt its nuclear programs to meet the requirements of international organizations such as IAEA.
