The Federal Migration Service says its tax evasion probe into BP was not part of any “special actions” against the company. Former Unified Energy System’s power producer OGK-1 will be bought for $7 billion by Electricite de France and a Russian firm controlled by former UES executive Mikhail Abyzov. Apparently no other bidders came forward.
