The word “Rashsha” is a common way of poking fun at the mispronounciation of the country’s name by English-speaking foreigners, similar to writing “Amerika” with a “k” for a foreign effect. It didn’t take long for the Russian blogosphere to lay this Rashsha-type satire upon the visit of U.S. President Barack Obama, as well as on their own leaders.
