Bank of America Merrill Lynch has given a huge verbal boost to Russia, saying that its economy is poised for the ‘biggest bounce‘ in the world this year as the economy rebounds thanks to increased demands for commodities and stabilized company inventories.  The central bank wants its regional branches to be more vigilant in paying attention to the potential risks on offering loans to related parties.  Facebook is set to announce the opening of its Russia office ‘within a few days‘.  Aeroflot plans to create a discount subsidiary airline out of one of the six smaller airlines that it merged with in February.  The move is apparently a response to demand that will not affect existing carriers’ revenues, the company says.
